While each crystal is authenticated, size, color and appearance may vary. Minerals and crystals are directly sourced from the Earth, and dings and chips are natural. We and-select all of our pieces and dings are part of the Thayvie brand.

Packaging and Shipping

Eco-Friendly Packaging

Sustainability is a big consideration of our brand mission. Some of our packaging are recycled items such as bubble wrap, packaging peanuts, krinkled paper, and more.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are also not responsible or have any control for delays due to customs.

Refunds and Exchanges

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges at this time. To ensure you are satisfed with your crystals, we encourage you to review our image gallery and product descriptions before making a purchase. If you have further questions about an item, please contact us and we will happily assist you.

Return Policy

All Items cannot be returned or exchanged.

For fairness for all customers, items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be canceled once the order has been placed. Items that are not “Final Sale” can be returned or exchanged before the order has shipped. Once your package has been shipped, returns or exchanges are no longer available. If the order has already been processed to ship but has not gone out, the order is subject to returns and exchanges, but a 20% restocking fee will be applied. This restocking fee will be 20% of your order’s subtotal which does not include tax or shipping.

Damage Items

We understand accidents happen. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact cs@thayvie.com immediately. All damages must be reported to our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your product.  

Damaged items must be kept in the original wrapping and box. Please do not return or dispose of the box, packing materials or merchandise prior to submitting your claim. Failure to comply may result in denial of your claim. If the merchandise is lost or stolen in the mail, it is not the responsibility of Thayvie to replace it.

Buyer is responsible for shipping charges. The return shipping is not refundable.

Email us at cs@thayvie.com to retrieve the return merchandise authorization number and shipping address.

Return Merchandise Authorization

Request a Return Merchandise Authorization number by emailing us at cs@thayvie.com.

Provide us with your Order Number and listing which item(s) you wish to return.

The merchandise does not have to be physically received back at the Thayvie headquarters within two weeks, but it does have to be in the possession of the shipper with the valid Return Merchandise Authorization number.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, and it has been processed, we will refund your original method of purchase. After we have completed the return process, we will issue a refund within 7-14 business days.

Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
