Like many, Thayvie's earliest childhood experiences normalized shame around money, relationships and the self.

Convinced she was unworthy of wealth, love, or even happiness, Thayvie fell prisoner to anxiety and depression as a young adult which bled into her career, her relationships and most importantly, her identity.

The walls inside her mind were closing in, and Thayvie's lack of direction left her feeling weak and fundamentally flawed. Can you relate?

A Remarkable Shift in Direction

Finally, Thayvie was pushed to her breaking point. Clinging to the belief there was something more for her, she decided it was time to shatter the chains that held her prisoner inside her mind, and finally take control of her life.

She first selected a tool to promote mindfulness by grounding herself in the present moment. Following western culture, she chose crystals that caught her eye and resonated with her vision for moving forward.

Then, drawing from her Cambodian roots, she focused on practicing a more optimistic perception on every situation that crossed her mind.

... And it worked. Thayvie was blown away at how quickly she was able to hone in on her inner power and transform the way she saw the world.
